How to Be Friendly in an Email

There is a new business English article on roadtogrammar.com, complete with examples and a quiz.

Hi Hugsz,

I haven't tried Beeblio, but it looks like a good technique from what I've read. My own technique (for learning Malay words) is to copy and paste a news article into Word, read it and look up new words, highlight the most useful words and then reread it a few days later. Sometimes I google the words to see how they're used in different contexts.
